Erik R. Olsen
President & Chief Executive Officer
TBC Corporation

Erik joined TBC in December 2004 as Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer. From 2005 to 2008 the responsibility of President - Carroll Tire Company was added to his role. Olsen was then named President and CEO of TBC Wholesale Group, and was elected to TBC Corporation’s Board of Directors in 2008. In 2013 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, and in January 2014 he took office as TBC Corporation’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Olsen held various senior management positions with Michelin North America from 1996 to 2004. Prior to joining Michelin, Mr. Olsen held marketing and sales positions of increasing responsibility with Procter & Gamble, The Clorox Company, and Ralston Foods. Mr. Olsen received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

J. Glen Gravatt
President
TBC Purchasing & Distribution Division

Glen Gravatt was named President, TBC Purchasing & Distribution Division in April 2008. Preceding this, Mr. Gravatt served on TBC's management team since 1984, and in November 2003 became Executive Vice President of Purchasing.

Mr. Gravatt held various accounting positions in the financial management and consumer products industries prior to joining TBC. Mr. Gravatt received graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Memphis.

Timothy J. Miller
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
TBC Corporation

Tim Miller joined TBC in September 2000 as the Assistant Treasurer. In August 2002, he was named Vice President and Treasurer, and then elevated to Senior Vice President in 2005. Mr. Miller was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer in Octover 2006. He also oversees TBC's Shared Services Group.

Mr. Miller held various positions of increasing responsibility within the financial management industry prior to joining TBC. Mr. Miller received his graduate degree from the University of Memphis and an undergraduate degree from Washington State University.

Markus Hockenson
Senior Vice President
Company Store Operations

Mr. Hockenson was named Senior Vice President of company store operations for Tire Kingdom Service Centers, Merchant's Tire and Auto Service Centers, and NTB Tire & Service Centers, effective May 1, 2013.

Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Hockenson held the position of Senior Vice President - Store Operations at Advance Auto Parts. Preceding that, Mr. Hockenson held management positions of increasing responsibility both in the United States and United Kingdom for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Starbucks Coffee Company. Mr. Hockenson received his undergraduate degree from the University of California - Davis.

Martin S. Krcelic
Executive Vice President, TBC Brands & Treadways

Marty Krcelic joined TBC Brands in January 2007 after spending seven years in various management positions with TBC subsidiary, Treadways. Mr. Krcelic was named Senior Vice President, TBC Brands in April 2009, and was promoted to Executive Vice President, TBC Brands and Treadways in September of 2011. TBC Brands and Treadways are part of the TBC Wholesale Group.

Prior to joining Treadways, Mr. Krcelic held management and sales positions with various leading companies in the tire industry including President, David Early Tires and Vice President, Parnelli Jones. Mr. Krcelic received an undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco.

Brant Wilson
Senior Vice President, TBC Franchise Group

Brant Wilson joined TBC Corporation in November 2013 as Senior Vice President, TBC Franchise Group. Previous to joining TBC, Mr. Wilson was with H&R Block where he spent eight years in increasing positions of management with his last assignment as Vice President of Acquisitions and Franchise Development. Prior to H&R Block, he was with Sprint Corporation, and ASAP Automation, Inc. He began his career as a Commissioned Officer with the United States Army.

Mr. Wilson holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, a Master of Science from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy.

Michael Gould
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Midas

Mike Gould has been with Midas - a TBC brand – since 1980. Having served in various management positions throughout his tenure, Mr. Gould was named Vice President of Franchise Operations for Midas in August 2007 and as Vice President of Retail Operations in 2009. He was then promoted to Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations in 2009 and named Chief Operation Officer in April of 2012. Effective September 1, 2013 Mr. Gould was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Office of Midas and SpeeDee – also a TBC Brand.

Kevin A. Kormondy
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Big O Tires

Kevin Kormondy was named Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Big O Tires in April 2008. Mr. Kormondy joined Big O Tires in February 2002 as Divisional Vice President and became Senior Vice President of Business Development in April 2006.

Prior to joining Big O Tires, Mr. Kormondy held various management positions in the telecommunications and automotive retail industries. Mr. Kormondy received an undergraduate degree from Union College.

Brian Maciak
SVP, General Counsel and Secretary,
TBC Corporation

Brian Maciak joined TBC Retail Group in April 2009 as VP, General Counsel. In April 2012, he was promoted to SVP, General Counsel and Secretary for TBC Corporation and its Affiliated Companies. Mr. Maciak serves as the chief legal officer of the Company and oversees its team of attorneys and paralegals responsible for all aspects of TBC’s legal affairs.

Before joining TBC, Mr. Maciak was VP & General Counsel for an international real estate management company where he led the Legal, Risk Management, and Human Resources departments. Prior to that, he served as VP & Assistant General Counsel for Michaels Stores, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Maciak graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and Kent State University.

Scott Stoughton
Chief Marketing Officer, TBC Corporation

Scott Stoughton was named Chief Marketing Officer of TBC Corporation in September 2012. Prior to joining to TBC, Mr. Stoughton was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for Pep Boys Automotive. Additionally, he held manager, director, and vice president positions in prominent national advertising agencies including Chiat-Day, Arnold Worldwide, and Zimmerman Partners Advertising, representing clients such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Nissan, Advance Auto Parts, Auto Nation, and Pep Boys.

Mr. Stoughton holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from Central Michigan University.

Lawrence C. Day
Chairman of the Board TBC Corporation

Larry Day was elected TBC Corporation Chairman of the Board in November 2005. Prior to that appointment, Mr. Day joined TBC in April 1998 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 1998 he was promoted to President, President and Chief Executive Officer in October 1999. He retired from that post December of 2013.

Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Day spent five years with Monro Muffler and Brake, Inc., serving as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 1998. Previously, Mr. Day held key managerial positions with Montgomery Ward and the Firestone Tire & Rubber, Co.
