Executive Management Team |

Larry Day was elected Chairman in November 2005, Chief Executive Officer in October 1999 and President
in October 1998. Mr. Day joined TBC in April 1998 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Day spent five years with Monro Muffler and Brake, Inc, serving as President
and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 1998. Previously, Mr. Day held key managerial positions with
Montgomery Ward and the Firestone Tire & Rubber, Co.

Glen Gravatt was named President, TBC Purchasing & Distribution Division in April 2008. Mr. Gravatt
became Executive Vice President of Purchasing in November 2003 and has served as a key member of
TBC's management team since 1984.
Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Gravatt held various accounting positions in the financial
management and consumer products industries. Mr. Gravatt received graduate and undergraduate
degrees from the University of Memphis.

Tim Miller was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer in
October 2006. Mr. Miller was named Vice President and Treasurer in August 2002 and elevated to
Senior Vice President in 2005. He joined TBC in September 2000 as Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Miller
is also the executive responsible for TBC's Shared Services Group.
Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Miller held various positions of increasing responsibility within
the financial management industry. Mr. Miller received a graduate degree from the University
of Memphis and an undergraduate degree from Washington State University.

Erik Olsen was named President & Chief Executive Officer of the TBC Wholesale Group in October 2008.
Mr. Olsen was elected to the TBC Board of Directors in November of 2008. He joined TBC in December 2004
as Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer and was elevated to Executive Vice President in 2005.
Mr. Olsen added the responsibility of President, Carroll Tire Company from 2005 to 2008.
Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Olsen held various senior management positions with Michelin North America.
Prior to joining Michelin in 1996, Mr. Olsen held marketing and sales positions of increasing responsibility
with Procter & Gamble, The Clorox Company and Ralston Foods. Mr. Olsen received an undergraduate degree
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Orland Wolford was named President & Chief Executive Officer of the TBC Retail Group in April 2008.
Mr. Wolford was elected to the TBC Board of Directors in January 2007. He joined TBC in June 2000 as
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Tire Kingdom Group of retail stores.
Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Wolford held senior management positions with a number of leading
automotive industry retail companies including the Firestone Tire & Rubber, Co. Mr. Wolford received
an undergraduate degree from Ohio University.

Bill Hirst was named Executive Vice President Sales & Customer Service, Treadways in April 2008.
Mr. Hirst joined Treadways in 1996 as Vice President of the Jetzon/Telstar Division and was promoted
to Vice President of Sales for the Corporation in 2006. Treadways is part of the TBC Wholesale Group.
Prior to joining Treadways, Mr. Hirst held management positions with various leading automotive industry
companies including the Telstar Tyre & Rubber Company where he served as President from 1986 to 1996. Mr. Hirst
received an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.

Bill Ihnken was named Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Tire Kingdom Group in April 2008.
Mr. Ihnken joined Tire Kingdom in July 2000 as Senior Vice President of Operations. He was promoted to President
of Retail Operations, Tire Kingdom Group in April 2002. The Tire Kingdom Group is part of the TBC Retail Group.
Prior to joining Tire Kingdom, Mr. Ihnken held management positions with various leading automotive retail
industry companies including the Firestone Tire & Rubber, Co. Mr. Ihnken received an undergraduate degree from
the University of Central Florida.

Kevin Kormondy was named Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Big O Tires in April 2008.
Mr. Kormondy joined Big O Tires in February 2002 as Divisional Vice President and became Senior Vice President
of Business Development in April 2006. Big O Tires is part of the TBC Retail Group.
Prior to joining Big O Tires, Mr. Kormondy held various management positions in the telecommunications and
automotive retail industries. Mr. Kormondy received an undergraduate degree from Union College.

Marty Krcelic was named Senior Vice President, TBC Brands in April 2009. Mr. Krcelic joined TBC Brands
in January 2007 after spending seven years in various management positions with TBC subsidiary, Treadways.
TBC Brands and Treadways are part of the TBC Wholesale Group.
Prior to joining Treadways, Mr. Krcelic held management and sales positions with various leading companies
in the tire industry including President, David Early Tires and Vice President, Parnelli Jones. Mr. Krcelic
received an undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco.

Lyle Symonds was named President Carroll Tire Company in April 2008. Mr. Symonds joined Treadways
in June 2000. Prior to his current position, he was promoted to President of Treadways
in January 2007. Carroll Tire Company is part of the TBC Wholesale Group.
Prior to joining Treadways, Mr. Symonds held various sales and finance positions of increasing responsibility
with several manufactures in the tire industry. Mr. Symonds received an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State
University.

Terry Trantina joined TBC Corporation in April 2009 and was appointed Corporate Secretary in May 2009.
Mr. Trantina leads TBC’s Legal Department, which is a part of TBC’s Shared Services Group.
Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Trantina was a litigation partner in private practice for 12 years in New York
City and New Jersey . Before entering private practice, Mr. Trantina was in-house counsel for AT&T in New
Jersey. During a 23-year career with AT&T, Mr. Trantina was Chief Counsel for AT&T’s General Business Systems
division and responsible for AT&T’s Headquarters and Eastern Region litigation as a General Attorney in AT&T’s
Solicitor General Group. Mr Trantina graduated from the University of Santa Clara School of Law and Notre Dame
University.
