President & Chief Executive Officer
Laurent Bourrut joined TBC in 2021 as President & CEO. Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Bourrut served as Director of the Long-Distance Transport and Urban Transport Business Lines where he managed the four European Regions (Central, North, South and East) for Michelin. He also served as a member on the Groupe Executive Committee in charge of the worldwide Road Transport and Distribution business lines, as well as, the European Region.
Prior to his 14-year tenure with Michelin, Mr. Bourrut held executive positions at Alcan and Pechiney along with various management positions at Legrand. He is a Senior Executive with 36 years of diverse experience in Business Management, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. Mr. Bourrut holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business administration.
Chief Administrative Officer
Sam Kato joined TBC in 2021 as Chief Administrative Officer. Before joining TBC, Mr. Kato served as the Executive Officer and General Manager of the Automobility Division in charge of global mobility businesses for Sumitomo Corporation of Americas (SCOA). Mr. Kato served on the Board of Directors for TBC Corporation from 2015 until 2018. He also played a leading role in the evolution of TBC in 50/50 joint venture with Michelin.
Prior to joining SCOA, Mr. Kato held executive positions in various automotive fields including national marketing and distribution at Mazda North America, and served as CEO of a 100% automotive-dedicated consulting firm.
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Scott joined TBC in January 2020 as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He joined TBC from Belk where he served as EVP & CFO since 2017. Prior to joining Belk, Scott held leadership roles at American Eagle Outfitters (Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer), Urban Brands (Senior Vice President & CFO) and Linens ‘N Things (Senior Vice President & CFO).
A US Military Reservist under the Sea Air Mariner Program, he served during Desert Storm and Desert Shield prior to graduating with his Bachelor of Science Degree from Muhlenberg College.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Brian joined TBC Retail Group in April 2009 as Vice President, General Counsel. In April 2012, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for TBC Corporation and its affiliated companies. Mr. Maciak serves as the chief legal officer of the corporation and oversees its team of attorneys and paralegals who are responsible for all aspects of TBC’s legal affairs. In May 2018, Mr. Maciak assumed the additional responsibilities as Chief Compliance Officer and in June 2020 he was promoted to Executive Vice President.
Before joining TBC, Mr. Maciak was VP & General Counsel for an international real estate management company where he led the Legal, Risk Management, and Human Resources departments. Prior to that, he served as VP & Assistant General Counsel for Michaels Stores, Inc. in Dallas, Texas and worked for a large national law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Maciak graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and Kent State University.

Chief Marketing & Procurement Officer
Don joined TBC in April 2018 as Executive Vice President, TBC and President & COO, National Tire Wholesale (NTW). He was named President, TBC Purchasing effective April 2021 and in December 2021 Mr. Byrd assumed additional responsibilities as Chief Marketing & Procurement Officer. Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Byrd served as the COO and President of Tire Centers Incorporated (TCi), LLC, one of the country's leading tire service networks and a wholly owned subsidiary of Michelin North America, Inc. Before being appointed to the TCi role, he was the VP, Marketing for Michelin's North America Small Tires. Prior to Michelin, Mr. Byrd spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble in marketing and operations roles.
Mr. Byrd received his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Senior Vice President, Logistics & Supply Chain
Scott joined TBC Corporation in September 2017 as Senior Vice President, Logistics & Supply Chain. Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Clark spent over 18 years in roles of increasing responsibility and most recently as Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics at Jo-Ann Stores LLC, a privately held specialty fabric and crafts retailer with 860 stores in 49 states. Before his tenure with Jo-Ann Stores, Scott worked for OfficeMax, Home Depot, Office Depot and Revco Drug Stores.
Mr. Clark holds a double Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation Logistics & Production and Operations Management from Ohio State University.

Senior Vice President of Sales, TBC Brands
Geoff joined TBC in November 2003 as a Warehouse Manager in Greer, SC from Michelin. After three years, he was promoted to Director of Marketing for TBC’s distribution division prior to focusing on sales in increasing roles of responsibility for over 11 years. Mr. Doster was named Senior Vice President of Sales for TBC Brands in 2021. His responsibilities include oversight of TBC Brands operations, customer service, commercial truck tire sales and equipment and non-tire sales.
Mr. Doster holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Megan joined TBC Corporation in 2010 as Corporate Human Resources Manager. Since joining TBC, she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in Human Resources spanning all business units. Ms. Filoon was named Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for TBC Corporation in 2021. Her responsibilities include developing and executing TBC's human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, talent acquisition, benefits, learning & development, and compensation. She also oversees the human resources functions for all of our business units domestic and international.
Ms. Filoon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Stockton University and a Masters of Science degree in human resources management from Nova Southeastern University.
Chief Information Officer
William (Bill) joined TBC Corporation in 2012 as Vice President, IT Operations, and was named Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology in October 2014. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience in information technology and operations.
Prior to joining TBC Corporation, Mr. Gearhart held several management positions at CEMEX and Rinker Materials.

Rodger joined NTW in 2020 as Executive Vice President, TBC and President & COO, National Tire Wholesale (NTW). Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Smith was with Sysco Corporation for 8 years as Vice President, Merchandising/Category and most recently as Vice President, National Sales. Before his tenure with Sysco, Mr. Smith held leadership positions at Campbell Soup Company, Pepperidge Farm, Oberto Sausage Company and Pepsi-Cola.
Mr. Smith received his Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Washington and has served on the Board of Directors of his alma mater's Business School, the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business.
