Erik R. Olsen

President & Chief Executive Officer
TBC Corporation

Erik joined TBC in December 2004 as Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer. From 2005 to 2008, the responsibility of President - Carroll Tire Company was added to his role. Mr. Olsen was then named President and CEO of TBC Wholesale Group, and was elected to TBC Corporation's Board of Directors in 2008. In 2013, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, and in January 2014, he took office as TBC Corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Olsen held various senior management positions with Michelin North America from 1996 to 2004. Prior to joining Michelin, he held marketing and sales position of increasing responsibility with Procter & Gamble, The Clorox Company, and Ralston Foods. Mr. Olsen received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

J. Glen Gravatt

President, TBC Purchasing & Distribution Division

Glen was named President, TBC Purchasing & Distribution Division in April 2008. Before that, Mr. Gravatt had served on TBC's management team since 1984, and in November 2003 became Executive Vice President of Purchasing.

Mr. Gravatt held various accounting positions in the financial management and consumer products industries prior to joining TBC. He received graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Memphis.

Don Byrd

Executive Vice President, TBC
President & COO, NTW

Don joined TBC in April 2018 as Executive Vice President, TBC and President & COO, National Tire Wholesale (NTW). Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Byrd served as the COO and President of Tire Centers Incorporated (TCi), LLC, one of the country’s leading tire service networks and a wholly owned subsidiary of Michelin North America,Inc. Before being appointed to the TCi role, he was the VP, Marketing for Michelin’s North America Small Tires. Prior to Michelin, Mr. Byrd spent 19 years at Procter & Gamble in marketing and operations roles.

Mr. Byrd received his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Martin S. Krcelic

Executive Vice President, TBC Corporation
President & COO, TBC Brands

Marty joined TBC Brands in January 2007 after spending seven years in various management positions with TBC subsidiary, Treadways. Mr. Krcelic was named Senior Vice President, TBC Brands in April 2009, and was promoted to Executive Vice President, TBC Brands and Treadways in September of 2011. TBC Brands and Treadways are part of the TBC Wholesale Group.

Prior to joining Treadways, Mr. Krcelic held management and sales positions with various leading companies in the tire industry including President, David Early Tires and Vice President, Parnelli Jones. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco.

Brant Wilson

Executive Vice President, TBC President & COO, Franchise Group

Brant joined TBC Corporation in November 2013 as Senior Vice President, TBC Franchise Group. Before joining TBC, Mr. Wilson was with H&R Block, where he spent eight years in increasing positions of management with his last assignment as Vice President of Acquisitions and Franchise Development. Prior to H&R Block, he was with Sprint Corporation, and ASAP Automation, Inc. He began his career as a Commissioned Officer with the United States Army.

Mr. Wilson holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, a Master of Science from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy.

Brian Maciak

SVP, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary
TBC Corporation

Brian joined TBC Retail Group in April 2009 as Vice President, General Counsel. In April 2012, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for TBC Corporation and its affiliated companies. Mr. Maciak serves as the chief legal officer of the corporation and oversees its team of attorneys and paralegals who are responsible for all aspects of TBC’s legal affairs. In May 2018, Mr. Maciak assumed the additional responsibilities as Chief Compliance Officer.

Before joining TBC, Mr. Maciak was VP & General Counsel for an international real estate management company where he led the Legal, Risk Management, and Human Resources departments. Prior to that, he served as VP & Assistant General Counsel for Michaels Stores, Inc. in Dallas, Texas and worked for a large national law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Maciak graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and Kent State University.

Terri Hoskins

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
TBC Corporation

Terri joined TBC in December 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining TBC, Mrs. Hoskins was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Steak ‘n Shake and Hooters of America where she was the leader, globally, for all aspects of the human resources organization. Prior to this, she held HR leadership roles with Outback Steakhouse International, Hess Corporation, Cummins Inc., Alcan Aluminum Corporation and Cytec Industries Inc.

Terri received her master’s degree from West Virginia University and bachelor’s degree from Shepherd College.

William Gearhart

Chief Information Officer
TBC Corporation

William (Bill) joined TBC Corporation in 2012 as Vice President, IT Operations, and was named Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology in October 2014. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience in information technology and operations.

Prior to joining TBC Corporation, Mr. Gearhart held several management positions at CEMEX and Rinker Materials.

Khalid Saleem

Chief Digital Officer
TBC Corporation

Khalid joined TBC in November 2019 as Senior Vice President, Chief Digital Officer. Prior to joining TBC, Khalid led the e-Commerce team as Vice President of e-Commerce & Digital platforms. His tenure with Office Depot spanned 11 years in roles of increasing responsibility advancing through roles spanning application development, global systems, e-Commerce and digital business platforms. Before joining Office Depot, Khalid held software engineer roles and network support roles at Florida International University and The Answer Group supporting Bell South.

Mr. Saleem received his Master of Science degree in computer science with a focus on distributed multimedia systems and 3D animation systems from Florida International University and his Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in economics from North Carolina State University.

John Kairys

Vice President and General Manager
Big O Tires

John joined Big O Tires in 2016 from Carroll Tire Company. He joined TBC in 2014 as Vice President and General Manager of Carroll Tire Company in 2014 after 15 years with Cooper Tire and Rubber Company where he oversaw the development of key accounts and the execution of overall company growth in roles of increasing responsibility, the most recent being Director, Key Account Sales.

Prior to Cooper Tire, Mr. Kairys held management and leadership positions with Pirelli Tire, as well as NAPA Auto Parts where he served for 11 years in roles such as fleet services specialist, sales manager, and general manager. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.

Will Helton

Vice President and General Manager
Midas

Will joined TBC Corporation in 2017 as Division Vice President for the Central US and Canada Regions for Midas. In 2019, he was promoted to Vice President & General Manager. Prior to joining TBC, he held positions of increasing responsibility over the course of 16 years with Bridgestone Retail Operations.

Mr. Helton holds a Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Arkansas.

Christian Seem

Retail

Christian joined TBC in March 2014 as Divisional Vice President (Mid-West and North). Before joining TBC, Mr. Seem worked for Advance Auto Parts for six years in the roles of VP of Operations and National Director of Sales Development. He has also held leadership operational roles at Toys R Us and Best Buy.

Bill Shull

Divisional Vice President
Retail

Bill joined TBC in September 2014 as Divisional Vice President (Southeast). Before joining TBC, Mr. Shull was a Regional Vice President of Customer Care at AutoNation after working for Pep Boys where he held operational roles as EVP and SVP. Prior to that, Bill held leadership operational roles at Lowe’s, Cablevision, Trans World Entertainment and Hollywood Video. He started his career at AutoZone as a Regional Vice President for 14 years.

Scott Stoughton

Chief Marketing Officer

Scott was named Chief Marketing Officer of TBC Corporation in September 2012. Prior to joining TBC, Mr. Stoughton was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for Pep Boys Automotive. Additionally, he held manager, director, and vice president positions in prominent national advertising agencies including Chiat-Day, Arnold Worldwide, and Zimmerman Partners Advertising, representing clients such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Nissan, Advance Auto Parts, Auto Nation, and Pep Boys.

Mr. Stoughton holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from Central Michigan University.
