Leaving Everything Better

From supporting local communities to helping to restore natural habitats of endangered species, social responsibility matters at TBC.

Driven to Give

Giving back to the communities we serve is an important pillar of TBC Culture.

Our very own 501(c)(3) funded by TBC associates with the goal of giving back to team members who experience catastrophic and life-altering events through no fault of their own.

TBC’s multi-prong approach to support causes we care and are passionate about. We are driven to:

A monthly survey gives associates the chance to tell us about and earn a donation for organizations near and dear to their hearts.

Associates receive volunteer opportunities in their local areas, allowing them to choose the causes and the way they serve.

Raise Awareness
Three Volunteers of the Year receive recognition and money for their chosen organizations.

Across social media, look for the #TBCDrivenToGive to see all the ways we engage with our communities at TBC.

Partner with a Purpose
We establish partnerships with our suppliers and vendors to provide support to deserving organizations.

Leave Everything Better
The auto care services we provide keep our customers on the road and improve the quality of life in our communities.

The proud collective of Big O Tires dealers identifies and supports causes in their local and national communities in an ongoing effort to improve their neighborhoods.

Midas Project Spark

Lack of transportation is a barrier for millions of Americans. As part of the community, Midas dealers want to ignite change. By getting people back on the road, Midas helps improve lives and make the community a touch better.
